I tried for 5 days to reach out to make arrangements however the hotel would not respond, either to me or the Expedia reps whom i was dealing with. "I needed a short day stay due to a long connecting flight. This hotel has gone down hill since it's first opened. The location on Sunset Rd is quite convenient, but room is tired looking. Good value if you're willing to compromise on the comfort."

Picked up from the airport and transferred back in a timely manner which allowed us an early check in and extended departure. "This is the only hotel in South East Asia that has not supplied fresh water. Also no food available. Second floor bathroom drainage not good. WiFi spotty. One night there was a large storm. The street turned into a river and the wastewater channel that runs alongside the hotel came through the wall and turned the courtyard and pool into a giant brown sludge. I was trapped in my room all day with only the supplies I had squirrelled away. My neighbour went wading through knee high flood waters to...

"I recently stayed at Kunti Villas with a couple of my girlfriends in a 2 bedroom villa. It was an absolute delight. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is not only delivered to your room but the staff set the table up beautifully for us - just great service. They also offered in room spa treatments very well priced, which we took advantage of one morning and absolutely loved. The pool is divine, the beds are super comfy and we absolutely loved our time here."
