Hotel.com had confirmed reservations and he wanted us to pay 40 US$ more saying hotel.com doesn’t know and he doesn’t care for their confirmation and he owns the property and will not let us checked in unless if we pay him extra . It was almost 10 pm at night , I got stranded with my children . He even refused to let my daughters use the wash room . Very rude and abusive person . I...
