"Great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even helps us carry our luggage to the convenience store to help us luggage transfer. The property is nicely designed and very clean. The rooms were quite large for Tokyo, but obviously smaller than like an apartment or house. Very clean. We booked early so the price was very reasonable and close to public transport and good train line. Would recommend and would stay again, especially for shorter stays"

"Clean large room. Washer/dryer combo inside the space that made a very loud beeping sound when done, so run laundry when you aren't sleeping. Great staff at front desk to help with whatever. Close to Tsuruhashi train station."

"First off, place was so clean and there's a coffee shop downstairs! Love that! Place is also sooo close to Sensō-ji temple which is so nice if youre a tourist because you could visit there so early in the morning or late in the evening which is great to avoid the crowd. We did early morning walk and I loved it! I regret staying for 1 night only. Our trip was tokyo-osaka-tokyo. I regret not choosing this property when we went back to Tokyo. There's very few reviews about this property so I...

"Bien situé pas loin du métro"

"I didn’t enjoy our stay in this hotel. Washroom wasn’t clean enough. There were hair strands in the washroom. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. I booked a SMOKING room for 2 by accident. It was terrible. It stank. The moment the elevator opened, you could smell the cigarette smoke on 11th floor. Thank God we were only booked for one night. THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL THO."

"For us this was a great location and just a few minutes from Asakusa station. The room was clean and cleaned daily if you wanted. Good water pressure in the shower and the private outdoor bath was very relaxing. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Good AC. The room was a little tight but adequate. The lighting could use an upgrade. We would stay here again."

"Too far from Narita airport. Next time I’ll use Haneda."

"Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to temple, next to train station, Family Mart, and right in the heart of tourist attractions. You can see Tokyo Tree from main street, which is delightful! Room was a good size and plenty of space for family of 3. We also love that hotel is right on the river, which we took walks nightly for fresh air. The staff Coco taught us how to use the train, which we got pretty good after the 1st day so 2nd day we took the train everywhere with confidence. Last but not...

"Love the location. The room is very decent size. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Helped us to call local store to inquiry some information for us."

"Biggest pro of this hotel is the location. There’s a train station next door, and Kuramae is a charming and quiet place. A nice break from the hustle and bustle of main Tokyo City, whilst not being too far from anything (except maybe the Shibuya area, but nothing the train can’t take you to without needing to transfer). It’s also one-way to Haneda Airport, big plus! The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and understanding. The free pastries and coffee are pleasant. But if booking the twin room,...

"予約者でない者がチェックインする場合の方法がわかりづらい"

"駅も近いし色々安心して宿泊できました"

"Great stay"

"Very homely and clean. Kids loved it. Slightly a walk from the train station, but manageable. Close to convenience store."

"Great for solo travelers, room was clean, staff were friendly & helpful, convenient to the transit."
