"I always stay at the Richmond in Sumida across from Skytree every time I’m in Tokyo. The location is very convenient for shopping, restaurants, and transportation. I’ve always been treated with respect and courtesy and the rooms are well maintained and comfortable. "

"My second time stay with this hotel! Love the space, the Skytree night view in my room, the dining options and transport within walkable distance! There is direct bus just outside the hotel to another train station which is very convenient to most tourist places. Love the selection of teas available for hotel guests! But room is slightly dusty and the bed is on the hard side but both still acceptable to me! :) affordable hotel for the amount of space and location in Tokyo. :)"
