"The only problem with this place is climbing the stairs to get to our room, but it was worth it as the view is fantastic and the room is perfectly comfortable. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. My wife particularly liked the breakfast and the helpful staff. She said that it was definitely the best place that we've stayed in for our whole trip."

"The front desk and overall staff were excellent—very welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions. If I had to nitpick, the rooftop restaurant staff in the evening felt somewhat judgmental, which was a contrast to the breakfast team who were young, friendly, and warm. It would be nice to have that same positive energy during the evening as well. Still, I would definitely come back and stay here again. I’d rate this hotel a 10/10."
