"وصلنا في ساعة متاخرة من الليل وكان استقبال الموظف سيء و قام باستغلال الوصول المبكر و غير السعر حيث كانت الليلة٦٠ يورو في الموقع لكنه طلب ٧٥ يورو و قال أنا لا اعترف بسعر الموقع الإلكتروني مما اضطرنا للاكتفاء بليلة واحدة و قد وافق علي ذالك وعند خروجنا في الصباح بسبب حالة الفندق السيئ لم يوافق مدير الفندق و طلب دفع قيمة ليلة اخري في استغلال بشع و طريقة غير مهذبه و عند رفضنا قام بتهديدنا بإبلاغ الشرطة لم اشاهد في حياتي اسوء من تعامل هذا الفندق مع الزبائن "
