"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. And this hotel does have a bunch of amenities. There’s a whole convenience store located on the 4th floor. Overall our stay was pretty good. The only things that was bothersome was the size of the rooms. There’s practically zero space to store your luggage let alone move around. I wish I would’ve checked the size before we booked the room. "

I had to fiddle with the TV to find the home page for wifi password (which could have been printed on my check in ticket) but at 9:45am the next day the TV immediately turned on to remind me check out is at 10am and I would be charged if I stayed longer. "This hotel is close to Shin Osaka station railway so it is very noisy even at 18th floor. Hotel is nice and staff is friendly but the location is not great"

"I was stay only one night in this hotel, the room is really clean and tidy, the front desk staff are nice and helpful. The renovation and equipments is quite fresh compared with another APA in Shinjuku Tokyo. The only thing is some loudly sound like street car racing in the mid night, so I take 1 star away but I will recommend for other people."

There are Chinese solicitors of such services who will solicit you. Be careful about accepting solicitations from non-establishments. They will lure you in with a cheap offer and then ask for more money after you follow them. "
