La Concha Chalet is located in the quiet area of Sugarloaf, walking distance to the park, National Forest, market, and local restaurant Kallan's Bar and Grill.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 600+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom - 1 is a loft, 1 bath. Upstairs first loft bedroom has a double bed. Downstairs second bedroom has a bunkbed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Beautiful countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps, fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Gas barbecue, forest views, and fenced yard.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

The cabin is small and cute, enough space for our family of 4, had everything we needed. We appreciate the closed back and front yard for our furry friends. The only down side we saw, was that the sofa and chairs in the living room weren't as comfortable, for us that we were looking for a place to get away and relax, we couldn't really do any of that, as well as the mattress in the upstairs bed was very hard. If we can suggest anything it would be to consider more comfortable furniture.
