"Great location in Beacon Hill, lots of food options. Property had all amenities listed, but the manager was unresponsive for my whole trip when I reported the wifi didn’t work at the beginning of my stay. "

"Check in was very easy. Excellent location. Manager communication good. Had to walk up the last floor. Elevator needs a facelift. Hall carpets old and worn. Bed very comfortable. No safety lock on the door. Small kitchen with old stove and terrible pots/pans. Impossible to cook. Only 2 glasses. Ran out of toilet paper."

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel with walk options to either the Harborside or Centre for the common etc. Very high standards, convenient, nice options for drinks and food. Just be aware that there are 2 towers apart from each other - our family group was split in either tower according to room type option booked. Not a problem for us but worth knowing. "
