"This was our fourth stay at Keio Plaza, and we’ve already booked our next trip in December—that probably says it all! We love the location. It’s right by Shinjuku, so we can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, but it’s not smack in the middle of the noise and chaos. It’s the perfect balance. Plus, having the limousine bus stop right at the hotel makes getting to and from Haneda Airport super easy and stress-free. But honestly, what keeps bringing us back is the people. The Premier Lounge staff are the absolute best. Every time we walk in—whether for afternoon tea or evening cocktails—we’re greeted with the warmest smiles.
