"La propiedad está a 20 minutos en carro en las afueras de Arezzo. Es magnífica pero lo que la hace única, es la familia que tiene el manejo y la atención. Además de súper limpia, amplia, la seguridad y el magnífico desayuno, fueron las atenciones y el cariño de la familia dueños de la propiedad. Grazie mile a Marcia, Daniela y la pizza de Ricardo, nos hicieron sentir en casa. Se siente una paz y tranquilidad, excelente sitio para relajarse y descansar. Los perritos son muy cariñosos, el desayuno fresco y abundante. Todo estuvo perfecto! Tips: en carro del centro de Arezzo 20 minutos Transporte local el autobús P1 los deja en la parada/ fermeta a 900 mts del B&B y caminar por el sendero. El sendero no cuenta con iluminación. El autobús pasa cada 45 minutos El centro de Arezzo increíble, muy calmo y con encanto, allí se filmó, la vida es bella"

"La Rustica is a large, quaint. comfortable villa, wirh a large fenced garden and an above ground pool ( not heated). It has many large rooms with antique decoration. Very characterfull.Comfortable beds with A/C in bed rooms. Lovely covered outdoor seating area where we spent most of our time. But the highlight was Maurizio!! What a gentleman. He made our holiday special and unforgetable. Thank you Maurizio"

"This is an absolutely private place in the Tuscany’s hills. You can relax all day, but if you want the hustle and bustle of the city, Arezzo is the nearest big city (Siena 1.5 hours by car). There are several restaurants to choose nerby. A major shopping centre is 20-30 minutes away. The house is typical Tuscan style and well equipped, energy consumption needs attention but we had no problem. The big pool was our favourite, we spent almost the whole day there, there’s not much else to do on a hot summer day. We recommend the place for those who prefer relaxation and retreat."

"Our stay was absolutely calming and relaxing. The pool is heavenly, especially after a long days travel And great for sunbathing. We love that the villa was located in the countryside, Where it was quiet and peaceful and no hustle and bustle of urban traffic/people. However, We had fairly close access to several towns such as Arezzo, Florence, and Rome. We were very close to the old medieval town of Anghiari, where we had a delightful lunch At a local restaurant and visited Museums and old medieval churches. Our host Lorenzo and his family were Very helpful and made for a perfect stay at the villa. The villa is very safe and secure. It has a full kitchen and a washer and plenty of space to spread out. The night sky in the evening is absolutely beautiful.This is a must stay and visit destination place. We will definitely return next year!!!"

"Let me start off by saying the hosts ( a couple that lives 45 minutes away and their son studying in university in another city) are great. They can speak English ( the son), French ( the mother) and Italian ( all 3). Very responsive and they want to please. The state of the villa is ok. The walls are generally scuffed and dirty and the bathrooms would probably benefit from a refresh. In particular the showers which are tiny and tend to be...very used.The view is mostly visible from the second floor but it's still quite authentic. The pool is an out of ground attachment its quite refreshing given the heat and limited AC. The house would also benefit from a more complete cleaning. Recognizing its in the country side, it's filled with spiders of all sizes, ants ( including the t.o ground level rooms and beds) and scorpions! 4 out of the 5 rooms has functioning AC but the hosts controlled it at a distance. They generally opened it on time when we requested it ( we proposed a fixed schedule to simplify things) The location was interesting, loads of ascending and descending roads. In the immediate village, there's a small pizzeria, reservations were preferred for groups larger than 2-3. About ten minutes aways there was another restaurant called Buon Riposo, its larger and reservations weren't required. In summary, it's a nice place with great folks that run it but it needs love. Would I rent it knowing what I know now? yes bit not at the price we paid. Cheers!"
