"Welcome was friendly and as we were early the team were able to secure our bags whilst we awaited our room to become available. The interior is great and has held many of the decorative features from the original building. Even though situated in a busy area our room on the first floor was quiet and we did not get any disturbance from outside. The room was clean and the small kitchenette area had everything we could have wanted if we were staying longer than out 3 days. The only issue we had is...

"The location is great, near some good pubs and restaurants and Piccadilly station a 10 minute walk. Check in was great. Bed was comfortable, shower good and the kitchen facilities whilst no oven were very useful. The shutters on the windows did look good, but let in quite a bit of light early in the mornings. Staff friendly and the croissants and coffee very welcome in the mornings. Very satisfied."

The communal kitchen is useful but a real pain for us as it was right next to the entry to our room……Comings and goings all the while. Security needs improvement too. There’s a sign on the main entrance door to ‘Keep it Closed” other guests just left it open … anyone can then enter the building. Room...
