"I’ve stayed in several hotels on Bath road. This was a very nice room, clean, comfy bed, lots of tea and coffee (which I appreciate) and quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I got a random guest of the day and got some extra biccies and note in my room- nice additional touch. Breakfast was good- usual cooked food, continental, cereals, & breads. Plenty and refreshed frequently. Caught town bus from bus station in Heathrow- they come every few mins, takes 5 mins (2 stops), stop is right outside hotel. And costs just 1.75. U3 bus takes you to LHR and comes every 10 mins. City bus way cheaper than hotel shuttle and cab. I’ve come in and out of Heathrow using National Express. Pack and also the Tube - both easy to use for onward or return adventures. First left turn and just down the road you can find a Portuguese cafe and next to it a small shop for snacks. Opposite that is a nice and good sized playground if you have little ones A bit further along Bath Road and left you can find an Indian deli, and further along Bath Road (still only ten mins) there is a McDonalds. I’d definitely stay here again. Happy travels! "

"Very fast check in, complete in less than 5 minutes. Room was quiet, clean, comfortable and staff very attentive. Breakfast was also very good with a good choice of hot and cold items. I was flying out from T2 but means using the free tube, or Elizabeth line, door to door takes 30min as there is upto 10min train wait and a long interchange between trains and terminals, But still worth staying here as it's good value. "

"This is our second time staying here as it is quite convenient for our next day flight. We enjoy the view from the bar upstairs but the food was quite expensive. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean and quiet, can't beat the location after a long European vacation. We will return!"

"The boat was a great, fun stay in London. A few minutes walk from Kew bridge station and the buses to get around London, yet lovely and quiet. Perfect to be able to walk across the bridge into Kew. Delightful to wake up to see the birds on the river and watch the rowers practising. The rooms are snug, cosy and warm in winter but easy to open up windows to catch a breeze in summer. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom and shower are great. The kitchen is compact but all you need to make a meal. The owner leaves alot of bits and pieces too so there is always salt, oil, milk etc. completely recommend for an unusual and fun stay in London."
