"Honestly, ZERO negatives. David and Hermie genuinely love people and are incredibly hospitable. If you’re looking for a ‘Home away from Home’ look no further, this is it, you’ve come to the right place. I can’t say enough good about David and Hermie. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with them. The yard and accommodations were exceptionally clean, tidy, and quiet. They live in a great neighbourhood as well. I went for an hour walk by myself and felt totally safe the entire time. It’s a beautiful community. I saw children playing in the streets and families spending time together outside. I would return without hesitation."

"Room is spacious, could easily roll out an inflatable mattress to accommodate another guest. Room has shared wall with common bathroom, some noise from there when being used. Upstairs tenant (host?) was loud at times, doors slamming, thumping footsteps. Pathway leading from front of property to entrance in the back is a disaster. If you have mobility issues, take extra care"

"We had a wonderful stay at Ankita's place and would definitely recommend it. The basement apartment was clean, bright, and very new. The beds were comfortable, the bath towels were great quality, and we really appreciated having access to a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer during our stay.Ankita was an excellent host. She responded quickly whenever we had a question or concern and was very helpful throughout our visit.The only feedback we would offer is regarding the capacity. While the listing advertises that it can accommodate up to 8 guests, and there are technically enough beds, the common living space is better suited to a smaller group. There were only four kitchen chairs and one couch, so it was difficult for everyone to sit together for meals or relax in the evenings. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it's something future guests may want to consider if traveling with a larger group.Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Ankita, for your hospitality!"
