"The room was very warm, they have a remote to control the temperature but there a cover on the air conditioner so the signal from the remote to the air conditioner was blocked. We had to call down to the reception to help adjust the room temperature. We stayed for 2 nights, the room was not tidied between the days, bed was left unmade. The bath towels were really thin, they needed to be replaced. "

"Rooms were a bit dated looking but very clean. The pool was a hit with our children and we really appreciated a ground floor room with our dog staying. Our celiac child could eat at breakfast. They have gluten free sausage, eggs, cereal and bread but the bread is kept in the fridge and they don’t have a dedicated toaster. Luckily we always travel with one to be safe. Overall a great stay and we would stay again. "

"The staff in the breakfast area were all friendly, thanks to Ejay for her assistance during check in and out. The room is clean. The location is close to the airport and downtown Calgary. Will definitely come back to this hotel."

"Good breakfast buffet (need hashbrowns though), free airport shuttle, clean large rooms with comfy beds & futniture, friendly staff, easy check in & out, a pool, laundry. The one downside to my second night was the shower had near zero water pressure, about 5 percent normal barely dripping out. The first night in a different room was without issues."
