"Everything was good except in the past we have alway got a coupon for complimentary breakfast or drink at their restaurant. This time the front desk would not give us a coupon??? When I asked why she said it was how I booked the room? I’ve always booked thro this app???"

"We never stayed there. They wouldn't let us because my I.D was expired. They said they had to contact Expedia in order to check if had paid for insurance before I could have a refund. I still haven't received the refund. The I.D. is definitely mine. You would never question that it was me in the photo . I also had a birth certificate that had all the same info as the I.D but they refused to even look at it. They were not very helpful."

"Great stay, good breakfast quiet rooms. Safe area close to amenities and lots of parking, would recommend this hotel."

"Room was clean with updated furnishings. Plenty of towels and a comfortable bed. Gym was clean with good equipment. Pool amenities were okay, however other hotel guests were not being respectful in that area so we unfortunately had to avoid. "

"Parking lot is huge but with no Handicapped Front door, it's extremely hard to bring bags in/out due to the Windy outside! Great maintenance staff as our corner 5th floor room was cold as the outside Winds pounded the window! After putting a new thermostat on, room got very cozy for my wife!"
