"There was a Christmas tree and decorations which made the house feel quite festive. The house was very comfortable and warm with plenty of space for the family of 5 adults and a dog. The facilities were a bit mixed - The living room tv was not working but this was sorted quite quickly. The kitchen is great to cook in but could do with another fridge or wine cooler as only a standard under worktop one provided. Not quite enough for lots of food and drinks. "A wonderful stay visiting family and friends in and around Glasgow. House was super if a little quirky (boars head /antlers) and had everything we needed. I would say you do need a car but Strathaven has plenty of shops as well as a super bakers in Taylor’s. Hosts always ready to help. 👍"
