We stayed here for one night after our trip to Scotland before flying out of Glasgow airport the next morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt taken care of and right at home in the cozy inn. The front desk staff helped us arrange a cab for the next morning and we enjoyed a nice scotch at the bar before heading to dinner at Pendulum. The room was clean and cozy. Just what we needed on our last night.

The staff were friendly/chatty and happy to help. The room was very clean and turned down on arrival. Fantastic pressure on the shower which can be hit or miss in hotels. The [cooked] breakfast was delicious and supplied with plenty of toast. I could side a nice selection of pastries/cereal and juices on display. It was too early in the morning for me but I could see a fantastic range of whisky on show [single malts] so if whisky is your tipple then this place is for you. If I need to stay over in Paisley again I'll be sure to come back.

We had a great stay at this family run boutique hotel. It was quiet, comfortable and accommodating as you can only expect at an independently run hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. Highly recommended.

On site parking was a bonus the poached eggs were lovely It was a late booking and sent a message via Expedia it would be a late check in . Had checked the website and it said 24 hr reception but the host gave me 10 Minutes of verbal abuse for arriving after midnight even though he could see it was a Late booking ..never experienced anything like it, he should sell up and retire. I totally get why he was upset but he should update his website and put 24 hr reception by arrangement not 24 hr reception . I thought the message via Expedia was enough but this gentleman completely ruined our stay. I asked him If he wanted to give a refund and should we leave .. I’ve never met such a hostile hotelier . Whatever happened to customer service.. I think he was hoping we were going to just go away on the door as he was playing on his phone and didn’t want to come to the door ..

The hotel is in a historic building, beautifully renovated. The Library with a fireplace was a warm and welcoming room. There was a misunderstanding about the shuttle, which was not available at the time we needed it, but the staff arranged for a taxi (at our expense). Very comfortable beds and a large room. Close to airport.
