"Excellent property, very clean and location is superb. Walking distance to all major downtown attractions."

"Grounds are immaculate, but loud groundskeeping went on for majority of a day. We had a deafening leaf blower going near our room for two hours. It seemed like overkill. Time would be better spent refinishing the worn tops of room furniture. The pieces are decent, they just are worn to the wood. Even some lemon oil would make them more presentable. We were generally impressed with Peach Tree for the price."

"Absolute gem of a little motel. The lobby is a hidden gem of Hill Country decor, and authentic rather than touristy. The owner is often just hanging out to chat with guests, genuinely cares. Staff is friendly, help in emergencies, the pool is clean and nice, rooms are immaculate and have charm like you used to find in this area before it was wine country: colorful handmade quilts for example. It's maybe, maybe 5 minutes from downtown during "rush hour." I can't say how lovely this little spot is. Definately, you should stay here."
