"For a budget hotel (although I did stay in a Premium room) the room was really quiet and the bed was large. I slept really well. Lovely shower, fun design details - painting, large lamp, coffee machine. The room felt spacious. I’d stay again."

"Clean room, but the desk lamp did not work properly as the bulb constantly flickered. Also, the wall light near the window did not work at all. We felt that these things should be checked by the cleaning staff on a daily basis as it wouldn’t take long to switch on a lamp and wall lights while dusting them. We reported the broken lights to the receptionist when we checked out the next day."

"We didn’t need to spend much time in the hotel but I got a bad feeling before arriving because I wanted to check about parking there early. Nobody answered the phone after 7 separate attempts and I had to contact Expedia. Nobody on reception most times we passed by. A note said about staff shortages and to ring a bell. The room was clean but nothing worked. We could barely pick up the WiFi and our room was above reception. The fridge was warmer than the room and the TV just had random channels...

"Unfortunately the restaurant was closed something that we were not told when we checked in. The bar food consisted of a 5 item menu only and food was not allowed to be taken to room. The area has no other restaurants within walking distance. The room was excellent but the facilities that were available were very poor."

"Staff were great. Two things a problem. 1. Charged my credit card on arrival when I had already paid Expedia. Resolved but had to message hotel to sort it out. Bit of a faff but no buggy. 2. Turned in for early night to get up for flight next morning but spurious alarm went off couple of hours after turning in. Had to phone down to reception and then get dressed for someone to sort it out in room. "

È molto vicino alla stazione Temple Meads, il che lo rende ideale per il tragitto in bus da e per l'aeroporto e per visitare in treno altri gioielli della zona (Bath, Salisbury etc). Il centro si può raggiungere a piedi senza fatica. Il personale è gentilissimo e sorridente. La colazione è migliorabile come qualità e varietà. L'insonorizzazione delle camere non è ottimale. Il bagno è una specie di cabina di plastica....

"Nice hotel, convenient for the station, right by a good shopping mall. The #8 bus took me around town, all the way to Clifton. Bristol is a cool destination, lots to do and see. I enjoyed returning to the Moxy at night and relaxing in their excellent bar"

"Friendly welcome. Comfortable, clean and compact room. Both of our rooms (203 and 204) had opaque and inaccessible windows (behind the bed) so there’s little point in paying for a room with a window. Unbeatable location."

My daughter was sneezing uncomfortably due to allergic reaction. 2. There was no shower cream. Thankfully, we brought something to use. 3.Shower was leaking."

"Breakfast was excellent. I liked the safe and the fridge in the room. A couple of things about the room could be improved: 1. Add a little rubber stopper to the handle of the door into the bathroom. Very small, nearly invisible but would prevent the door banging into the bathroom wall. 2. The top left hand drawer of the little table was not very well put together and seemed in danger of falling apart when opened. This is really information for the hotel rather than for other travellers."

"De Vere Tortworth Court is a beautiful and unique mansion, completely surrounded by nature, built over 170 years ago. We came to visit the Cotswolds, and this accommodation worked out quite well (it is a 40 mins-1h drive from the main villages). Things I loved: All the shared areas are well kept and organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well as the bistro and the cocktail bar in the library room. Penhalingon's products in the bathrooms Plenty of free parking...
