"My stay was lovely and peaceful, after my working day had finished. (It was not a holiday break) unfortunately. The surroundings were fantastic, I felt really chilled after work. Would definitely stay again."

The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it. The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. "A reasonable hotel with a good restaurant. Very good food available in the dining room, staff helpful and pleasant. A lack of heating and hot water marred our stay (in November) but otherwise good"

"We enjoyed a pleasant stay"

"A beautiful thatched pub in the Suffolk countryside with original features and delicious breakfast"

"There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate."

"Staff was very friendly, super quiet hotel with air conditioning. Very clean."

"Lovely venue"
