"Property very run down. First room put in had awful smell. Toilet would not flush. Asked to be moved and was told had no other rooms available. Maintenance person check it out, then it overfilled and flooded floor and dripped to room below. Maintenance man left and returned 20 minutes later with a key to a downstairs room that was suddenly available. That room smelled 100 % better… however when we awoke next morning, 3 large water roaches were walking around on our floor! Needles to say we...
