The shuttle staff is always my favorite, I always know when they will be at the airport. The room was comfortable and safe, never had a single problem. Further, I left something behind and it is already almost back to my house, so they even helped after the stay. Every trip to NYC has a stop at this wonderful hotel. It saves a lot of money on the city charges, and the hotel is wonderful. "
