"Very nice-staff helpful and nice as well. Good continental breakfast-only issue is turning on the shower -the door makes it impossible to not get wet. Poor design."

"The only thing I can say about the hotel is that it would be better if they did not charge for the breakfast. The breakfast was great, but with so many other hotels offering breakfast it just seemed a bit much to have to pay for the meal. The wait staff in the dining area was great, but with it being a buffet, I felt like there were too many staff members there. Other than this, the hotel is wonderful!!!!!"

"The room was nicely updated. A bit small but still comfortable. The shower was a bit awkward because it was a small room but the water was nice and hot so that made up for it. The breakfast area was clean, stocked, and inviting. The selection of food was good, something for everyone."

"Comfortable beds, pretty clean and well-maintained, and decent breakfast options! Staff was very friendly."

"The room was had few problems and that switched us to new room they solved our issue. Great customer service"

"Beautiful unique hotel in a cute village. Highly recommend. We will def stay here again."

"Stayed 3 nights. Room was dusty, carpet not vacuumed, bathroom floor dirty, and sheets very thin. Coffee maker was dusty; after running plain water through it, the water came out black. On day 2, we came back to room that was never cleaned, the bed wasn’t even made, but we only got fresh towels. Front desk said we hadn’t requested cleaning, though there were no notices or forms saying cleaning was optional. Staff offered to move us to another room that night, but said we would also have to move...

"Based on what I paid, which was less than $100 for the night, this HoJo's was a real value. Rooms were very clean, as was the lobby. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The drawback: the halls, elevator and other common areas are run down, in need of a fresh coat of paint, etc. If the owner of this hotel would commit to at least fixing those things up, this place would get higher reviews."

"Is only for stop with not family and not bathroom in the lobby available plus the roof is falling off"

"I didn't realize when I booked this that it is like a motel -- enter the room from outside parking lot; no elevator. There was a gap in the door which was drafty. Building and grounds are in need of some repairs. The breakfast area is small with tight seating. Nothing great. The orange juice some of the worst - watery. I don't think I will ever stay in a Quality Inn again. There were construction workers and several trucks right outside our room when we arrived. Before one of the workers...
