"Called early the day I knew we would arrive to verify the Poole was working was told it was got there and it wasn’t stayed the first night in the room in the morning we found cockroaches while we were getting ready went to breakfast of course couldn’t bring ourselves to eat, but the breakfast would’ve been lackluster basically just cereal, toast and waffles. Not a very good place to stay at all. Could not recommend hideous to find bugs in your room."

"Location was perfect for me and my husband, we were able to walk to grab dinner, the outside area was super cute, the jacuzzi tub in our room was fantastic! Great place to stay!! "

"Nice 2 night stay. Large suite, helpful staff, clean, close to shopping and restaurants. Free breakfast was a little disappointing but not too bad. Would stay again."

"Great staff, clean rooms, under construction during stay but the noise was never heard. Quiet safe area with trees surrounding, no noise from the interstate even with a room facing the interstate."

"The carpet was very sticky on both sides of the bed. The bathroom door was broken. There were no towel racks or grab bars in the bathroom. The holes in the wall were stuffed with toilet paper. The biscuits were hard."

"The room and hotel needs a very good upgrade. The tub is in need of replacing. It looked like they tried to paint it instead of replacing it. The toilet wobbled when you sat down."
