"I didn't like the fact that the front desk lady at night was very very rude and unprofessional she doesn't need to be rolling her eyes at customers it's a sure way to not have someone not come back and she double charged me and then rudely told me you will get it back whenever I leave I would like to have someone reach out to me asap "
"What a fantastic home to celebrate multiple special occasions all in one weekend! The location was perfect—nestled in a peaceful, newer neighborhood—and the home looked exactly like the photos: clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and Trent was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
