"Room was great bathroom door didn’t close properly, I grabbed a mug to drink out of there was coffee that’s wasn’t cleaned properly off the cup. Overall great stay "

"No water pressure in our room - no shampoo or conditioner - blinds were Broken (far right side) breakfast was a mess kids running around screaming- bed was not comfortable- people above us were up stomping around until about 3am both nights Horrible stay"

"The entire property is very dingy. Had to have the room keys reprogrammed so many times that I asked them to replace them. The biggest complaint is the doors leading to outside are broken. The key sensor is not there and hasn’t been in a long time. You have to put a rock to prop the door open IF someone can open it for you from the inside. The door going out to the pool is the same. There isn’t a note on the door so you don’t know you are locked out till you have to bang for someone to let you in. They also lock the front main door at night and WILL NOT open it so you have to walk around the building to find the one outside door that actually works. These doors have very obviously been broken for a long time. You would think this would be a priority to get fixed. "
