"The condo, the location, everything was perfect. Kaibo is an excellent location for those seeking quieter accommodations. Restaurant and bar within walking distance as well as romantic walks on the beach. Always low key with lots of friendly folks about. Wendy is an excellent host!! Highly recommended. "

"Our family had a wonderful time at Gardens of the Kai. The pictures are spot on. You are literally steps from the beach. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The furniture was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. My youngest daughter and I were up early every morning enjoying the screen porch. We loved sitting in the loungers out there with a book. My husband and other daughter enjoyed the A/C . Starfish point is just a bike ride away, but there were just as many starfish right in front of our house. We also went to rum point a couple of times. It’s very close. Seven mile beach is about an hour away and we went twice during our stay. There are no beach chairs or snorkels available for you take to other beaches. We packed an extra suitcase with beach supplies. Found some chairs and umbrellas that fit in a suitcase on Amazon. They have a double kayak, a single kayak and two paddle boards there for you to use. I was so excited that we would be able to kayak on our own to bio bay. It’s not far at all. There were a lot of boats and other kayakers going into the bay on our last night, but if you stay close to the shore and bring a flashlight to let boats know where you are, you’ll be fine. Also, going to stingray city is a must! We went with white sands which is just across the street at Kaibo. Lastly, we made sure to be back for the sunset every night. It was spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked! I brought my own seasonings but they have plenty. "

"This is such a beautiful home. It is very clean and well stocked with everything that you need. There are 2 beach chairs, several beach towels,and lots of snorkeling gear (full face masks, goggles, and fins). There are also several floats. We loved the area of Rum Point and how quiet it was. We had the pool to ourselves everyday and the beach to ourselves almost every time. We also enjoyed the bikes and kayaks that are there. There is also a sweet community kitten (orange) named Ginger who loves to be fed. Thank you from our family for a wonderful vacation together. "

"If you want that once in a lifetime family/friends vacation book this place. You won't be disappointed! It is not by all of the downtown action if you want that. We did rent a vehicle. The house is about 50 mins away. However it is a 5 min. walk to StarFish Point. 5 minute walk to Kaibo Kai Beach/Restaurant/Cafe. 5 minute drive to Rum Point (which I highly recommend)We did the Bioluminescent Tour out of Rum Point and it was the Best excursion ever. We drove to 7 mile Beach one day.. it was beautiful there! You will be so glad you did it. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The pool was fabulous! Our favorite hangout! The pier/pavillion was a great place to relax out over the water! Had a great time kayaking too!Soo many outside areas to sit! The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was like brand new and so organized and clean. They even have a drawer filled with spices for cooking! The views are AMAZING! Marva the house manager is awesome! The owners are great and very responsive to your needs! The pictures don't lie.. even more beautiful in person. Celebrated our Daughters Birthday/Mother's Day/hubby's Retirement and even better our daughter got engaged out on the pier! This place is Paradise! You won't even want to leave it!!"

"Peaceful & perfect island vibes! Maya was extremely friendly, goes above & beyond to make your trip is perfect, providing many thoughtful amenities, recommendations, & things other VRBOs might not. I'm EXTREMELY thorough when choosing a place to stay. The condos are oceanfront w/great beach, clean, patios w/breeze, comfy beds, nice shower, pool/hot tub, stocked kitchen, kayak, snorkel stuff, enough privacy if you want, but we still met many nice people (locals and tourists). We saw many jellyfish & starfish right outside, but Starfish Point is also walking distance (w/bathroom, outdoor shower, clear sandy ocean for swimming). Walking distance to Kaibo Restaurant & coffee shop (great atmosphere, & food, also has ferry here). It is a min drive to Rum Point for RP Club restaurant, gift shop, Resort restaurant,&public beach (all great drinks, food, staff, sunsets). We debated staying in the N area, questioning if it would be too isolated or expensive – however, after seeing every part of the island we were 100% happy with it! The driving was 40 mins MAX anywhere. Preferred having the escape from the Western half of the island traffic, noise, & atmosphere. The whole island is full of gorgeous beaches, blue water (we never stopped at 7MileBeach & never felt the need or regret not going). We didn’t experience any issues with mosquitos (bug spray is at condo tho). Do Bio Bay & bird feeding @ Tukka East! Thank u Maya for the rum cake & making my birthday trip amazing! "

"Truly enjoyed walking out the screened in porch to the pool and awesome view of the small bay. Finding starfish everyday was a new experience. Regular walks to Starfish Point in the morning and in the evening to see awesome sunsets. Short distance to Rum Point area along with swimming with stingrays were other highlights. We will remember this trip for many years to come."
