"This is our second year here as a family of 5. Kids love the pool, the sand, etc. The house is always in great shape. Location is great as well, no tourist hot spots near by so i'ts quiet. Couple good restaraunts near by as well. Can't wait to go back."

"This place is incredible! The details on the site are well captured, and the place is just as described. The screened in porch was a favorite of the group for morning coffee or to stay out of the rain. The location is perfect. It has a secluded feel and you can easily walk to Rum Point or Kaibo for cocktails and snacks. You can also take the kayaks (or rent some paddle boards) and make a trip around the corner to the bioluminescent bay, which is one of the coolest things ever. "

"Great Stay!! End unit is quiet and private.Loved that it is on ground floor and you can walk right out to the beach or pool. Views were fantastic. Easy access to Kaibo next door, water taxi to Camana, tour boat to Stingray City, walk to Starfish point or Rum point. Blair was very helpful and check-in/out a breeze. Hope to return. "Great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the water. The patio views were beautiful, and the beach area was quiet and relaxing. So nice having a paddle board and kayak to use at the condo to view all the sea life. Close to Rum Point and local spots. Would definitely stay again!"

"The condo was nice, in a safe, quiet location, and the pool and beach area were very nicely maintained. Things that we would like to have seen or been included would have been more amenities like kick boards, beach toys or kayaks... because some of the other units came with those items. Things that needed to be improved or included in the unit were a working bathtub (could not find drain stop), more paper towels, some laundry detergent, liquid hand soap, wash cloths for the kitchen (only had towels), and more facial cloths for the bath areas (only a few were left for our week stay). It would have been nice to have more furniture for a family of 6. The kitchen area included a nice table for 6, but there was only one living room sofa (which wasn't the most comfortable) for that space. The ottoman for the sofa (without a back) was used for the second piece of furniture. For us, since the balcony was quite small, it would have been nice to have lounge chairs versus a table and chairs, which took up too much space in our opinion. For the most part, the unit was clean; however, the ceramic flooring in the bath areas showed dirt build up around the edges and under sink area."

"We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house itself is beautiful inside and very comfortable for our group of eight adults and three kids. The pool was fantastic with a lot of great places to sit outside in the shade or sun. We also walked a lot on the beach right in the back of the house, but be sure to bring your water shoes because there are jellyfish and other pokey things in the water. It was really easy to walk over to starfish point which was another beautiful beach and great for watching the sunset. The café that was mentioned in reviews is about a 10 minute walk away and was great for coffee and a Tuesday night barbecue dinner. This place is a little remote and it does take a bit of driving to get there, but we loved being off the beaten path a bit and the low key vibes on this part of the island. Neighborhood was great for early morning runs, and the ocean was great in this area for open water swims (waves are really gentle because of the reef that protects this part of the island.) Our only issue was a problem that came up with the air conditioner and they did fix it within 24 hours."
