"This was a beautiful property. It is exactly like the listing! While you may not be in downtown Georgetown, that doesn't matter... Driving is a bit challenging, but only for the roundabouts and arerelatively quick... The kayaking was fun.The water was gorgeous. The only issue I would say was that when using the dryer, don't put anything with straps in, as it tended to get caught in a certain area of the dryer and damage a couple items of clothing... That wasn't a major problem, it's just a heads up for future use..Chisolm's down the road was great for groceries here and there.. Over the Edge Restaurant down the road was also wonderful! Robert responded very quickly when we had a couple questions as well...Overall , a wonderful experience. Thanks Robert and Nicola.."

"Great private location. Snorkeling from shore swam out to barrier reef. Saw a turtle, southern rays, eagle ray, tarpon, barracuda, spotted eel, lion fish and all the typical reef fish."

"Villa Esprit was awesome as was Mitzy, who managed the property. The Villa was clean, modern and well equipped (kitchen, beach towels, kayaks, snorkel gear, etc). Perfect for our family of 4. Beach access was unbeatable and the views were fantastic. Overall 5 stars for Villa Esprit and Grand Cayman. Would recommend both and will very likely be back myself."

"We couldn't have been happier with the unit, all of Nicole's help and the location of the unit in the quieter part of the island. Rum Point is only 5 minutes and Star Fish Point is only about 10 minutes. Our next visit to the Caymans will be so much easier to plan as we know we will be booking the Harvey Nicole again. It really is the perfect unit and location if you want to get away from the busier 7 mile Beach area with it still being close enough to make a day trip over to the busier part of the island."

"Quiet North Side location with beautiful ocean views. Even though it was quite windy during our stay, we were still able to snorkel right out front, which was a big plus. The area is peaceful, but it is a bit of a drive to restaurants and other activities.The home itself was spacious and generally well-equipped, with an easy check-in process and a very friendly on-site manager. The pool is on the smaller side. That said, the home could use some attention, with a few repairs and updates needed. The WiFi and hot water were intermittent at times, which was a bit inconvenient."

"Cozy oceanfront on the North Side. We had a pretty good NE wind the entire time, which limited our use of the beach... not to worry there are countless locations to get out of the wind, regardless of the direction it's coming from. And when sitting on the back patio/balcony, the breeze and sound of waves were more than welcome. We had great experiences snorkeling behind the house, rum point, starfish point, scotts beach, 7 mile beach, and eden rock dive center. Also enjoyed the nearby botanical gardens.Property is quiet and clean, and had everything we needed to both relax and chase adventures. We liked the vibe on this part of the island far more than the resort area on 7 mile beach. Property manager checked in on us the right amount, but we didn't need anything. Owners were AMAZING at connecting prior to the trip and sharing restaurant and activity recommendations... it's clear they really love this place and really want you to love it too. Chisolm's grocery store within walking distance had more than enough in terms of food/drink we needed for the week.We would definitely stay here again. Listing was transparent so no complaints, but upgrading to a king bed in the master BR would be a welcome update. I understand that's in the works. Overall, we really truly felt we got a great value for our stay. "
