"Unable to used my rewards because book through expidia"

"The hotel was super kid friendly. They had a really cool rubber duck pond thing for the kids and a room with game boards for the kids. The swimming pool was kid/adult friendly. A great coffee shop and yummy pizza at the bar. It was super close to restaurants ,outlets and activities for kids. Just a quick uber or shuttle ride (provided by hotel). The staff was super accommodating and very friendly. We absolutely would recommend and stay here again."

"There was a slight issue at check-in with the property being oversold. Twice they delayed my check-in and at 6p I spoke to the front desk manager and she was very helpful and assertive and recovered the situation, as she should, and made it right for me. As a former hospitality executive, I would suggest you have a "customer centric" recovery plan to reassign guests to other hotels when you are over-sold. "Wow, we were super impressed!! staff was so friendly so kind so sweet! Love the pool area! Love the whole retro vibe! Petes coffee in the room plenty of towels super soft bed was incredibly comfortable. Really really happy with everything. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also they had a great Cafe and Bar with really nice selection of wines. Service was excellent. We really had a blast.🎉☀️🌈"
