"Hotel was very clean, updated, and comfortable. We were there for one night before our cruise and were pleasantly surprised they had a free shuttle to the port. Just make sure you get in line early if you use this service. It fills up quick. We checked out the pool which was small but much nicer in person than in photos. "Room was clean and hotel was beautiful… stayed in both towers and they seem the same to me… the Dolphin is just more expensive… the only complaints I might have was the horribly loud music from the pool, all day and then the “club” at night… that was not fun… and housekeeping… I was on vacation… they were trying to touch up the room by 9 am and texting asking if they should just skip the room since we were sleeping… umm… no… but I’m going to sleep in on my vacation. "Leaky fixer in our restroom. Beds were comfortable! Balcony was nice! Pool and spa were nice but a little dirty. Parking was terrible. Paid $50 per night to not have a place to park my oversized truck and trailer. Staff at front desk seemed like we were an inconvenience when checking in."

"The hotel overall was positive. However at 12:15am the police were outside my door banging for the door next to mine to open up and it was a little unnerving. At first, I thought they were banging on my door. When I looked out my peephole, there were 4+ officers and it just startled me and scared me just a little. Again, since it happened in the hotel, in the late hours of the night, it did impact my overall experience. Not a great one."
