Strand Palace Hotel

"I last stayed at the Strand Palace ten years ago. I remembered liking it, but I didn't remember being knocked out by *just* how lush the initial impression is, *just* how friendly and helpful the staff are, and just how nice the room was. I'm *reasonably* sure it's undergone a total overhaul and the result is the feeling of luxury without the price tag. The hotel is VERY convenient to pretty much everything, too. Straight to the top of my London go-to hotels."

"This was a huge hotel in London. It is very conveniently located close to Russell Station and the British Museum. Our room was cute and clean. Staff was very helpful and spoke 6 different languages. Breakfast services offered a good variety of food."

"The area is great, the lounge and rooftop were a nice touch, staff were polite, everything was clean and in good condition. The only issue I had is the lack of free parking space and the station is a bit of a walk if you’re travelling with a lot of luggage or heavy bags."

"Convenient, fairly quiet, close to everything. Staff helpful. Rooms are small but that's true of all UK. Plumbing a bit funky but workable. All in all a nice place to stay in London."

"Staff were outstanding especially Luis and Barbara. So friendly and kind which made our stay a good one. Hotel is truly beautiful with a great restaurant and bar. Unfortunately the gym was closed for refurb while we were staying there. Also must add how central this hotel is in London and right next to Warren Street station so it was so easy to get around London. Housekeeping supervisor forgot her name was also so wonderful and accommodating. If we had any issues she was on it fixing the problem. We loved our stay and will defo come back!"
