"Wasn’t quite what I was expecting on check in, more an apart-hotel than hotel. Check in area and bar / restaurants very good with nice ambience. Was a bit disappointed with room, didn’t feel it really reflected the pictures and description. Very small and space sacrificed to make into a studio area. Bed was tucked into a corner which made it awkward for 2 people and bathroom space limited. Expected it to be a bit more luxurious for price and compared to rest of hotel. That said, great location...

"Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber aber hellhörig. Das Bad war ausreichend groß. Leider hatte das Zimmer kein Tageslicht da es mit einer „Fassade“ umgeben war. Wir konnten in eine Art Innenhof gucken oder was immer das auch war. Die Dame an der Rezeption war scheinbar nicht gut drauf, dass hat sie sich auch etwas anmerken lassen. Schade !"

"Hate to give this review - I booked a room for the view and received the attached instead. I was informed I can’t get a different view as the full view side was taken - yet you could still book any kinds of rooms online so not sure how booked out they truly were. I’ve yet to find a staff manager as indifferent as the one I encountered, where upon disregarding my request, there was no intent to show good will as I hadn’t sufficiently informed them in advance.
