"The room was very clean and the bathroom too. All staff were very helpful and polite. Lovely breakfast with large choice available. Heating was very efficient and air conditioning available for the warmer times. Would definately stay here again."

"Our top floor room was large and light filled with windows. The bathroom was large but with wasted space and a very small boxy shower, which was difficult to turn around in. We were there for a week but no dresser was available to store our clothes. The elevator goes to the 3rd floor and we had a flight to climb to get to our room, without assistance with our bags. The hotel is located in a residential area so it was fairly quiet and the train station was nearby."

"The buildings here are old but this hotel is kept well. It was a nice bonus to have elevator. Location felt safe but a bit of a walk from the train station."

"Mixed stay. Great location a stones throw from Hyde Park and Paddington and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, which were the positives. Negatives: the room. A basement room with next to no room and a shower where someone had capped the drain meaning the bathroom started to flood in 30s. Also no water in the room or dispensing stations (the lobby had some). Overall better options in the area for the price."
