Lots to do close by here. Not a lot within walking distance, but just a short drive away to anything you might want to do. Easy on and off the expressway from there as well. Nice to be able to get to the hotel or on the way home easy and pain-free!

It's a military and FBI area but extremely crowded. Lots of traffic. Great food down the street at the Chinese restaurant!
"Loved the security of my stay. Key required to enter property as well as the room. Added safety & extra protection. Very important for an older customer. The only drawback was I wasnt aware that although there were only 2 levels, there was no elevator and I walk with a cane. Next time I'll make certain to book on the first floor. I would definitely stay there again."
"I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to as I feel it is the best value property in the Fredericksburg area. I have never had a horrible experience here, the service, cleanliness, and condition of the rooms are always a good value for what's paid. If I can be picky, the mattress is on the firm side, but the room is always clean, all of the lights work properly and well, and usually the neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Will continue to stay here when I'm in the area. "

"The same poor lady at the front desk was working every time we went through the lobby. She was very nice and gave us good directions and delivery options. My daughter was worried about her and hoped she would get a day off soon. Overall stay was great. Large number of school groups visiting DC and staying at the hotel but staff kept things going and clean. There were multiple attendees cleaning and restocking during breakfast. Can't say enough good things about our stay. They even gave our four legged child treats, food, and toys."
