I hate light in the room and I had to keep the blankets over my head. We told the front desk the next day and wrote a note to the room cleaner."

My keycards later stopped working; the desk shrugged it off as a “new system” and said it would “probably” happen again. I checked out by 10:56 AM but found over $700 charged to my card by 3:00 PM. No manager was available on Sunday and staff gave vague answers. Unprofessional handling and unexpected fees—avoid if you don’t want surprise charges or untrained employees."
