"Very dog friendly with lots of green grass to walk your dog. Close to the beach, set off the road. Nice and peaceful at night. "
"Comfortable bed!! Quiet place. Able to darken room fully! Old-school tub with real tile. Cute metal tea/coffee pot. Polite staff. What more can you ask from a 2-star hotel? They even have laundry facilities available.
Halls and room a little musty, but running the a/c cleared the smell. Pool appeared a bit on the murky side, despite a chlorine-tablet floatie bobbing around.
We did not attend the complimentary breakfast, but there was a waffle maker, yogurt, juice, etc. available.
I liked the split staircase with wooden banister leading to the second floor. NOTE: Be sure to request a room on the first floor if you don't climb stairs; there is no elevator."
"This is the fourth year in a row we have stayed at this property. It is in a great location for us, is clean, and has everything you need for your stay. We stayed three years in a row at Property 1, and the first year at Property 2. Property 1 has a better view, but Property 2 has better beds for seniors as the loft beds in Property 1 are low to the ground. We hope to move back to Property 2 next year."
"This property located steps from Lake Huron was a nice relaxing stay for our time spent in the area visiting family and attending the Maritime Festival in Harbor Beach. Beautiful screened in porch overlooking the lake was a nice place to have morning coffee. We enjoyed the home and will stay again in the future."

"Plenty of room for our multigenerational family group. Bedrooms were spacious & quiet- we had two babies with us. Perfect location to explore beaches & places to kayak-short drives to each. Port Austin market on Saturday morning was great. Port Crescent Park beach was nice as well as Harbor Beach. Saw all 3 lighthouses in county. Bad Axe only 25 minutes away or Dollar General 5 miles away for incidentals. And the best…ice cream shop 1/2 mile away-can walk or ride bikes! Kid friendly place. Host was exceptional, friendly, & easy to contact & responded back quickly. Would definitely stay again!"
