"There was no hot water at night time. Apparently they turn it off at night. Tried to shower ant 5:50am and there was no hot water. And the heat didn’t work so the room was unbearably cold as it was below zero outside. We spoke to the hotel clerk about these issues and he was rude and dismissive and told us we were lying. The place was also very unclean and smelly. Overall the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Lots of long term guests living out of rooms here and the walls are very thin. We could hear them singing and talking at 3:30am. "
