"Got there on the first night and was unimpressed with our room, they were kind enough to provide us with a free upgrade staff was very accommodating and even helped us bring in our luggage. Clean and nice hotel. Pool hot tub area is a bit overly busy but that can be expected at a larger hotel in peak season. Overall very happy with the stay "
