"Lovely rooms, central for trains and city centre, but quiet."

"My room was facing High Street but it was very quiet. Exceptionally well equipped, too. Breakfast was very good, with all buffet items were clearly marked. I enjoyed the stay very much, but let me give some negative information for future improvement. My room was an 'accessible' one, and I pulled one of the alarm cords by mistake and alarm sounded. "Excellent place to stay"

"Room was well furnished and had everything we needed including a bottle opener, wine glass, even a hot water bottle! Bed was comfy and there was a really useful folder of info in the room, the owner had included a few suggested walks around the property which was great and we did one of them just to stretch our legs. "I had a lovely stay and nothing was too much bother for Sue. Lots of choice for breakfast. I would happily stay here again. Even had a scarecrow trail whilst I was there with an amazing entry at the guesthouse."

"Lovely & very accommodating hosts & very good breakfasts. Room was spotless with king size bed, TV, sea views, plenty of storage space, compact ensuite, etc. The on site parking requires some care from drivers, especially if you have a large car. Town centre, pubs, railway station & beach all a short walk down the hill."

"It was very well equipped and comfortable beds."

""Alison clearly knows her business. She anticipated everything we needed before we even asked, which made our one-night stay effortless. Thank you for a lovely breakfast and for accommodating my GF needs so thoughtful. Parking very easy to use very quiet location."

"Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Will stay again when down there next."
