"I arrived earlier than expected, and to my surprise, the staff was incredibly thoughtful—they called me as soon as my room was ready. After a long journey, it was a relief to be accommodated within 30 minutes. I truly appreciated the kindness of the gentleman who assisted us; his exceptional customer service made a world of difference during our stay. On a side note, there’s a fantastic pizza place just a short walk from the hotel that treats kids to free ice cream! The pizza is absolutely delicious too—definitely worth checking out!"

"I have to say the stay was nice but I would have liked the girls my grandkids to swim more I went into the pool and there was a lot of long black hair the pool seem dirty once I went in and I saw a bunch of hair on my hands I decided to jump back out for all in all it was a nice day with the room was clean but clean that pool make sure whoever goes in the pool is not shedding like a dog I don't know if you have workers that let their families swim in there"
