"I've stayed at. La Posada six or seven times in recent years and I've been pleased in every way. Its a truly beautiful place, I might even say there's an undeniable touch of magic present. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The sheer beautify of the facility is both inspiring and relaxing. There seems a feeling of reverence for the building in the demeanor of guests and staff alike that I've not seen anywhere else. When the incredible food at the Turquoise Room is factored in...

"We used the pool table and the bocce ball court and it was a lot of fun. The old fashions at the bar and the chicken Caesar salad were excellent!"

"Ok place for a one night stay on a trip. Pool was closed, which was very disappointing."

"The assistant manager was friendly and helpful from the time I checked in. The hallways were dirty but the room was clean. The pool was closed. It's in a good area surrounded by stores and restaurants."

Lots of construction workers that will help you wake up at 5 am. Dude at night shift oblivious and unwilling. Vending machines in the corridors will RIP YOU OFF if you use a credit card."

"Traveled between several states. It was my own fault not noticing I was booking a room at a hotel without an elevator. Was assigned a room on the 2nd floor and the clerk was unable to change my room to a first floor room. Stairs were inconvenient but we managed."

"When I booked a stay in Holbrook, AZ, I didn’t expect much. What I found at the BW Arizonian was a very pleasant surprise. It was clear that the rooms had been recently refurbished and repainted, with new fixtures and a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was a cut above the typical buffet at a “breakfast included” hotel. And the staff was very efficient and helpful."
