Hatton Court
10/10 Excellent
"A great stay in a great location made all the better by helpful and fiendly staff"
Whitehall Cottage - sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms
10/10 Excellent
"The cottage is in a gorgeous village, and in a lovely setting. It was well laid out and perfect for our two families to enjoy time together. 4 adults, two 5 year olds and two 2 year olds. We had to watch the kids in the rooms with the hearths being stone and things but it was a lovely house. We appreciated the stair gate at the bottom of the stairs to stop them going up on their own. The kitchen had just about everything you needed!! (Just a few more large tumbler glasses and a colander would be useful additions). We finally found the microwave in the top part of the oven! The village boasts a lovely coffee shop called Juniper - well worth a visit! The local Premier shop - avoid it! Awful! We were told to park in stamages road car park but unsure if we will get any fines for being there over the 23 hours - hoping not! The only tiny niggle was that there was no window covering for the skylight in the top floor bedroom, and that the curtains in the twin bedroom on 1st floor did not meet in the middle so had to hang a blanket up and tape paper to the skylight window. Not ideal with children especially. Would highly recommend though - the beds were also incredibly comfy!"

10/10 Excellent
"We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful Cotswolds home. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and at home. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was comfortable, welcoming, and truly made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We loved the charm of the home and the beautiful surroundings—it truly felt like a special place to stay. Our hosts were so gracious, warm, and welcoming. Communication was always prompt and timely. We made some lovely memories here and were genuinely sad to leave. It was the perfect place for our time in the Cotswolds, and we would absolutely love to return. We couldn't recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful hosts more highly."
Quiet16th Century Cotswold Barn, refurbished. Panoramic views on organic farm
10/10 Excellent
"Stunning spacious and well-equipped property - extremely comfortable and with amazing views. Really peaceful. Would definitely recommend, as well as the Black Horse pub in the village."
Locks Cottage, Painswick - sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms
10/10 Excellent
"Locks Cottage is a beautiful property surrounded by rolling lawns, fields full of wildlife with an utterly vibe only punctuated by the occasional baaaaaing of sheep. The open plan downstairs has a very socialable set up of kitchen, diner and living room with lots of comfy seating, very good lighting and side tables. We stayed with our family ranging in age between 4 and 79, so three distinct sleeping areas were idea. All very comfortable with good bathrooms. The outside seating area is inadequate for 10 people and so is the hot water system. The Wifi was broken (no television either) but luckily one of our guests knows how to mend these things - and did! but that could be a problem for the non-technically minded. The freezer is also very small for so many guests. A very good place for family gatherings."
ARC Painswick
8/10 Good
"We liked the swimming pool, the large kitchen island worked for us and the numerous living rooms. Good sized bedrooms and all have zip links therefore singles if required and have access to private bathrooms. We really enjoyed the house and would like to return. A recycling bin in the kitchen would be useful. Bedrooms could do with more storage i.e. chest of drawers and more hanging space. A towel rail would have been useful. Should be made aware that the village parking is for 23 hours and your car has to be moved out of the car park for at least an hour. Dropping off at the property and picking up is difficult because of the narrowness of the roads. could make people aware of this. More padded cushions and cushions required for the stone seats outside. Also the wooden furniture needs repainting and there is a broken chair. One of the single chairs in the living room the straps underneath were broken. No storage for own food other than fridges. Another fridge in the bar area would have been useful. The entrance door was a problem we couldn't lock it and then we couldn't unlock it, the instructions were not clear how to wake up the key pad. The dining room door with a lock on was not working. It should be made clearer regarding noise restrictions prior to booking."
Luxury 2-Bed Cotswolds Barn with Private Hot Tub | Sleeps 4
10/10 Excellent
"It was a lovely property. The hot tub was a lovely luxury. It was all very welcoming on arrival. There was tea and coffee. Plenty of dish washer tabs and washing up liquid which was great and plenty of loo roll for your stay! The double bed was extremely comfy. It was very hot when we were there and they have installed some good fans. The gardens were looking so colourful and it was a delight to know we’re invited to walk on their land. A very successful four day stay."
A quiet Edwardian house in the Cotswolds
10/10 Excellent
"What a fantastic stay, we’d highly recommend. Owner greeted us upon arrival & gave us all the information we needed for a smooth & relaxing stay. Lovely added touches by the host which was much appreciated. Great location, with local pub options and close proximity to places of interest around the Cotswolds. Everything we needed was provided at the house, we hope to return for another stay."
