"I have stayed here before. For what this place is- it’s excellent. It’s a stop off when undertaking business or a quick stopover in London. Nice clean room- well stocked toiletries- tea and coffee to hand. Staff lovely, food in bar good. Room can be a bit noisy at times- but that really isn’t the hotel’s fault. I will be staying again."

"Nigel and his staff are very friendly and helpful, We stayed here as it was convenient while visiting our daughter and grandchildren. While the room was basic enough, it was very comfortable and we slept so well. We had continental breakfast included in the price of the room. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here the night before our wedding, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, and had a modern feel throughout. The secure gated setting made us feel safe and added to the overall experience.A huge thank you to Tristan, who was an incredible host from start to finish. He was always available to answer any questions, incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and secure place to stay with an outstanding host. "A gem. An old YHA hostel and run by the same guy for over thirty years. If you want modern, hi tech, all singing all dancing then go to one of the big chains. If you want quirky, no frills, basic and a classic old hostel experience th3n this place has to be for you. I will certainly return."
