"We booked our room here bc i love art and the website said pet friendly. While they welcome pets, there wasnt a place for the dog to do his business. We asked around and determined that we probably shouldve left the dog at home. But he lived his best life prancing around downtown at all hours of the night looking for a patch of grass. We really liked the location of 21c. Every single one of the staff was friendly and offered suggestions when we asked. The valet staff was awesome. Very prompt and friendly. The hotel was very clean and safe. We enjoyed all the art work. Would recommend this little gem in the heart of cincinnati!"

"We just needed a "pit stop" arrived at 1am and left at about 830 am. The night clerk was prompt and kind. However I was startled by a women sitting in the dark breakfast area when she cursed at someone on the phone saying the police had already dropped her off. The room was clean and comfortable but minor repairs here and there poorly done not run down but more shabby. The breakfast was hot and clean morning staff was very friendly. Other guests were not families not friendly. The hotel was a good quick stop, the staff were nice unfortunately the other guests would deter me from returning with my child. "

"Hotel and staff were good. We thought that breakfast was included, only to find out it was $8 at registration counter or $11 at breakfast counter. The food they served was less than what you get for a free Continental breakfast at other hotels."

"Very nice!! Staff is great and kind. Got to try the 5th lounge the burgers fries kids pizza is all amazing our 1.5yr old loved that pozza and the burgers 🍔 ohhh myyy a taste of burger heav frfr love this place DEF STAY HERE AGAIN !!!"
