"Dirty noisy you have to was your own towels. No breakfast. Coffee sucks. Key card kept messing up had to keep getting it fixed. Smells like smoke in the entire hotel. Stair well full of people. Lots of traffic in and out of the hotel."

"One elevator was down the 4 days we were there which was annoying but okay. The breakfast was good and well maintained and the cook was always checking on everything. It would have been nice to have more variety for breakfast and to have the hours past 9am but that was as advertised. There were signs in the room and lobby for "The Placery" as a 24/7 option to eat but when I asked they said it closed at 1pm and I never saw anybody use it so I don't know if that was even a real option. Unfortunately they stop the coffee/tea in the front lobby when breakfast stops."

"place could definitely use a deep clean. smell was a bit off and rooms had a must scent. thin sheets, but luckily brought my own blanket from home. breakfast was the exact same every day and wasnt worth me paying extra to stay here over motel 6 down the street. staff was super nice tho. id consider again if i just need a place to sleep and shower kinda thing but wouldnt count on the breakfast. wasnt something i could enjoy daily on my 1 week stay. Great location, close to everything i needed"

"The room was very convenient to the Heart Hospital. Very clean . Obviously an older hotel that has been redone. Elevators were not the best."

"I would not recommend staying here. The room was not clean—the floors hadn’t been mopped, and walking barefoot left my feet black. The shower was also dirty, and there was dried residue on the stove. I didn’t use the kitchen as there were no pots, pans, or even a kettle available upon request. Everything felt old and worn. The chairs at the small table were badly damaged, with ripped vinyl and exposed foam, making them uncomfortable to sit on. This is a very basic budget hotel and not suitable for travelers without a car or their own equipment, as you’ll need to bring everything yourself. Overall, disappointing and not worth the stay."

"Do NOT stay here . The room was absolutely disgusting.our feet were literally sticky to the floor.we ended up leaving got another hotel it wasn’t not anything I would feel safe to sleep at."
