Excellent west London location, being only a two minute walk from the tube, making a great launching point for exploring the London sights and attractions. Plenty of street parking but relatively pricey - recommend that you arrange a visitor permit with the host if staying for more than a few days. "Listing was not accurate and there was no dryer or heat in the home. Listing photos were amazing, but place was more run down than photos suggested. Stains, damaged cookware, uncomfortable beds, and terrifying stairs up to the bathroom and beds. This could be a good listing with some TLC so I'm hoping that happens."

"The property is lovely. The kids enjoyed playing in the garden and everything is easily walkable (restaurants, Portabello Road, the Underground, supermarkets, bakeries, etc.). The property was clean and comfortable for a family with 3 elementary age kids."

"A cosy cottage in quiet location. Perfect for visiting Whipsnade zoo and Harry Potter studios. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Only negative was the parking as it was difficult to find a space on the very narrow lanes."

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Great location with lots of very nice pubs serving good food. The barn was lovely and cosy, and such a beautiful building. Our host Mrs Allport was warm and friendly and very helpful. We were down to visit friends and family it was a perfect location to do this, and lovely to come home to relax after our days out. Would highly recommend, and would definitely book again if we were coming this way.Cornwall"

"we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."
