"Great location in quiet part of old town, walking distance to temples, great restaurants. Not a luxury stay but beautiful, spotless, traditional house with tranquil garden in traditional neighborhood, very local experience. Service was 5*. Manager was incredibly friendly and helpful and even woke up early one morning to pack us to go breakfast for our very early morning tour. Our favorite stay of our 2 weeks in Thailand. "

"Nice place to stay in Chiang Mai, we were within walking distance of many tourist attractions, including the sunday night market. The staff was great. They were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean. "

"被安排了4樓的房間，是最高的，房間不是很大，但裝飾唔錯。smartTV是Samsung，有時會看不到live TV, 但可以連接YouTube。職員很熱心，親自幫忙處理塞馬桶的問題，另外還安排技工做緊急維修。打掃乾淨，最鐘意佢嘅浴巾，好香。位置方便，步行去古城的周日市集需時12分鐘左右，去Thanin Market/ Chiangmai Boxing Stadium 亦只需15分鐘。早餐款式多，亦很樂意pack三文治比要早出門口的旅客。臨近聖誕節，店主每天都會有小禮物放在門口，很有心思。留意事項︰ 1) 浴室熱水及水壓嚴重不足，對於喜歡沖熱水涼的朋友要多加考慮 ; 2) 整棟B&B不設lift, 樓梯亦幾斜下 ; 3) 房間內沒有熱水煲，只能在reception攞熱水，仲要唔係成日有，但聽說可以問職員攞 ; 4) 清晨時分會有雞鳴聲 ; "

"We stayed at Chankam as part of our 3 day Chiang Mai tour. The location was central and the staff was beyond amazing. Since it was our honeymoon, they decorated our room with flower petals, which was a wonderful surprise. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure and temperature were perfect. We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends and we would come back!"
