"We arrived and they didn’t have our booking despite proof on my Hotels.com app. They then said check in was at 14:00 whereas my booking showed 12:00. It took them until 13:30 and several looks at the app to finally show us to our room. The room was dirty and the beach in front of the hotel wasn’t great. We moved 500 metres down the beach where it was much nicer. Breakfast wasn’t great either. Cold food and coffee followed 10 mins after we had finished. We won’t be returning."

"AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! "

"We were warmly welcomed by the staff. The accommodation is not in the middle of the city but in a quieter location, that suited us perfectly. The accommodation borders a long, beautiful beach that leads you to the Surf paradise. Lovely outdoor shower in our cabana. Worked well with the fan mosquito net. "We just spent a few nights here. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Where this hotel really shines is the service. The staff went well out of their way to accommodate us and ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The included breakfast was amazing and provided far more food than we imagined and packed leftovers for us which also became our lunch. On the day we left we were leaving early, when they found out we would be missing breakfast we were offered a packed lunch instead which was also delicious. This hotel exceeded expectations! Would certainly recommend."
