"Von beginn an waren wir begeistert! Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang freundlich und aufmerksam, erklärten einige Dine wie Frühstück und das nutzen vom Spa. Unser Zimmer war top, mit allem ausgestattet was Mann/Frau braucht und auch kostenlose Bademäntel waren vorhanden. Beim Frühstück war alles da, was man sich wünschte und noch mehr (frisch zubereitetes Omelett 🤗). "The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard. On our arrival we were met by Vladimir who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Our room was immaculate with clean towels twice a day, Marlon needs a special mention as he always left a different artwork with towels on our daily return. "Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Service könnte noch verbessert werden, z.B. regelmässig prüfen ob noch Toilettenpapier im SPA noch vorhanden ist. Grössere Abstellkammer um die Koffern sicher zu lagern und nicht einfach im Gang unbeaufsichtig abstellen. Bauarbeiten nicht um 6 Uhr morgens starten, wenn das Hotel voller Gäste ist, sondern ausserhalb der Saison planen etc."
