"Need some TLC especially in most expensive suites on first floor. Room looks and feels old. Not great"

"The property isn't that bad, but the rooms, or at least the one I had, had a terrible smell in the blankets and the carpet. The first girl who checked me in wasn't friendly at all, although I must admit that the girl who checked me out was the complete opposite, the breakfast was okay.. But I think they need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms"

"Good location to Tarrytown and NY Thruway"

"Front desk staff was phenomenal! Very personable! Made the first impression a wonderful one."

"Second stay. Furniture etc a little worn since last stay, which was shortly after it opened. Everything was clean. Bed comfortable. We did not eat in the restaurant. Would stay again."

"👍"

"We liked being at the end of the hallway very close to the doors outside"

"NO ICE. When I asked why they have no ice the front desk lady said they don’t have ice at this hotel. I again asked why and got a smart mouth answer. I’m trying to figure out why there are no ice machines she said they’re aren’t any. Dirty property. Unsafe parking area. Worn out carpet, bathroom fixtures, Pass on this crappy hotel!!!"

"Clea room, staff. breakfast. Parking gratuit"

"Wow, this hotel is cool but it’s literally a labyrinth. When the check-in staff ask if you need an elevator, say yes. This place is a confusing and frustrating maze, with QR code maps that in theory would work if you have cell service or WiFi to get their site to load. Room was nice, and grounds were beautiful. Parking was terrible. Great location right across from Lindhurst Mansion and close to Sleepy Hollow. Unless I could guarantee a room close to the entrance or elevator I would not...

"The room was quite large and clean. We stayed here when we went to the harry potter forbidden forest exhibition. The front staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was good also."

"Great location, comfortable room, friendly staff!"
